We collect only the information needed to process your appointment: your name and email address (for your account), and the applicant details you enter for a booking, such as contact number and passport number, together with the service, date and time you choose.
This information is used solely to create and manage your appointment and to send you related email (verification, password and confirmation messages).
Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes and are never stored or sent in plain text. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in; no third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
